The imagination and the mind is powerful, it has the ability to distract us from reality and distort what is actually taking place. Alternatively, those who have difficulty remaining present in busy areas where there is all this energy and noise flowing, and we are highly sensitive and easily notice those energy’s. Often, we are thrown off from what is actually taking place, and become so overwhelmed with ourselves and what’s going on inwards we lose touch our lives too often. This results in us receiving or listening; it can alter and affect our social lives resulting in miscommunications. In today’s clarity blog, we will be finding techniques to stop ourselves from dazing off in the moment, and prevent it in the long term.

The reason why you are having difficulty remaining grounded is that your crown chakra is overactive. The crown chakra is the most spiritual chakra, since it connects you to higher consciousness. When that area of our brain is overactive, we are receiving a lot of information from above, this means higher information from your imagination, psychic information and an overactive inner world. In addition, an increase in third eye chakra can further cause difficulties. These can be reduced by grounding yourself, which involves connecting to the lower chakras especially the root chakra. Which is our connection to earthy, our nature which is vital to us remaining stable.
The next time you are feeling ungrounded and your thoughts and imagination is running wild. You need to ground yourself by stretching, his can be done sitting down anywhere even standing up. How it looks and how you clean it up. Simple things like that make a huge difference.
