Create a Space that Best Reflects Who You Are.

The art of Feng shui is a law created by the ancient Chinese which states that one’s environment both reflects and influences their health and behavior. The practice is about feeling into the environment you live in, and ensuring that the positioning of things and colors used best suit the purpose of that particular area. Creating an environment which best suits you. The words Feng shui can be translated into air and water, the flow of the environment around you and allowing your energy to flow within it. This practice may seem airy and fairy, all philosophical and exaggerated, yet it has some practical implications which can improve your life. Today’s clarity blog we will be exploring the ideas of Feng shui and how we can create a space that best reflects who we are and our state of mind this new year’s.

We can feel into our environment psychically and emotionally, by simply taking a few deep breaths. And pay close attention to the feelings which occur, whether we feel supported, or free. Whatever comes up is good, even if it is a negative sensation. Since every environment and sensation we feel is going to sure you in some way, good or bad. Using these sensations, we can create tweaks into our own environment, repositioning the bed. Removing something which you cannot stand out of your space. This can be done from in your kitchen to your bedroom. It’s designed to be a therapeutic act, of readjusting your life into something that best suits you and also adds extra influences.

The art of Feng shui has principles of associating certain areas with elements. They associated the window as being the source to where energy can enter the house, if elements of fire are near that environment. For instance many reds or candles, as the environment becoming impurities by the air. The energy becomes less freeing and more intense, as you and environment they are being purified. This as positive and negative implications based on the positioning of the room.

The colors we pick, in my view have a great influence. Colors hold curtain influences on your environment, when we view a color it is being exurb by our eyes and into our minds it’s how we perceive the world. If we have large quantities of blue, in a room. Can be exurb and interpreted by the brain. If we relate the color blue to masculinity, the ocean or if its associated with a curtain outfit we wore which reminded of us of what took place. All affects us, since the sub mind is going to influence our behavior with it. It can be applied to any colour. Many Feng shui practitioners recommend a variety of colors, however it is important that we explore the meaning of each tone, shade and colour and discover which makes us feel the most positive and unjust our environment to it. It may not be an incredible important art, yet it can help to influence your behavior. This is only a brief overlook of the practice. Which travels far deeper and more in detail.
