A great misunderstanding which we have developed when it comes to the law of attraction and thought, when it comes to thought and manifestation. We assume that a spiral of negative thoughts will only lead to negative events in our lives. When in reality thought can only create more thought when not recognized fully by the conscious mind and the thought becomes actualized, moved from a mental thought into a physical event. It’s not the thoughts we have which create reality it is the energy and the manifestation behind the thought which actualizes it into reality. Regular thought only has enough power to create more thought. Actual physical events in our lives operate under a similar law, the more we create in our lives we receive that equal amount of energy and effort back in physical form. In today’s clarity blog we will be discussing the correlation between thought and reality.

When we develop negative thoughts such as worry, doubt, frustration. Those thoughts only have enough potential energetically to create more thought according to the law of attraction. For instance, doubting a recent choice of purchasing the wrong present for someone this Christmas, will only create more doubt in our thought patterns. Our brain will conjure more negativity from those initial thoughts. This can be the same for positive thoughts such as pride, joy and compassion. The reason why we have negative or positive thought is because if an imbedded unconscious thought which has been design from a belief or lesson we learned at a young age. For us that initial unconscious thought, is linked with an event in our early childhood which was the first time we felt doubt, frustration or worry. For instance, at two months old your crying in your croft at night, and the parent did not arrive. You naturally may feel doubt that your parents will pick you up. Before they arrived. That became an imbedded thought, since you learn that it’s an expectation. You expect your parents not to arrive the second you start crying, so it becomes an expectation on your reality that you will feel doubt. The thought, can only create more thought in correlations to events which remind your unconscious of that event. Sparking more doubt. We are all emotionally hung over on events of the past. Which is so unconscious we have no clue that it has anything to do with our lives.

The act of manifesting our thoughts into a reality is done through actualizing our own thought. When we become consciously aware of that thought and give it energy, intentionally to create that into a reality. That is true for people who believe in the law of attrition or not. Our brains either choose or choose for us to make a thought consciously lend energy to a thought to make it a reality. This process self-actualizes the thought. Since we convince ourselves it is reality which makes it more that thought, it’s now physical. For instance, an average white collar worker, who has the thought that their wife is going to leave them, the thought is further concentrated on because it becomes conscious to the person because they believe it is a reality, so it now becomes an expectation lending the thought enough energy so it now becomes actualized. Then suddenly, they arrive home and that person’s wife is packing their bags and handing over the divorce papers. The reason why that thought becomes conscious in the first place is that offer thoughts and physical event may have convinced that person that the thought is true, so it becomes an expectation.
This mental process of self-actualizing a thought affects every level of our lives, for obvious reasons. However, with this knowledge we can recognize our minds are incredible equipped at causing us to blindly believe something. It is not the thoughts we have which will affect our reality, it is whether we expect them to be true. All thoughts we have come from some form of personal truth; it is the foundation for all thought. It all originates from a false truth we have created at child hood. And we believed. We have more power on what we believe then what we think. We can have as many fleeting thoughts as possible unless we cause ourselves to believe them, is when we decide to make them an expectation in our reality.
