Gratitude and healing

Recently, in life has been moving very quickly for people. We wake up in the morning with sudden rushing thoughts in our mind and we tend to completely autopilot through life. And not recognise or appreciate what’s taking place around us. We get bored of our normal lives and create drama when the slightest thing goes wrong. And we all fall under the habit, since everyone complains too much and drill through there day without appreciation. In today’s clarity blog, we will be going through gratefulness practises and digging deeper into the social issue of complaint.

We all complain, either about something that is frustrating us. A barrier we find. And it consumes our mind and our day every quickly. We think and discuss it making the problem bigger. There is a usefulness for complaining because it is the first step to changing/fixing/receiving help for that problem. Yet is important not to remain in complaint, too find the solution then never talk about it our think heavily about it. That we take time after something goes wrong to consider one thing you may have to look forward for, think about any sensations you’re currently enjoying. Just anything, since I let you know exactly what you should be grateful for, either in the present, future or past. It really doesn’t matter. To recommend looking at something close as possible to the present. For instance, ‘the door handle broke again, that’s a nuisance I now have to find the time and money to get someone to fix it and I already have a lot on my plate. I will call the tools guy in at later tonight since I will be free then, and to save money to afford to fix it I can delay that night out until next week. Which is disappointing. Yet the weather is really nice outside and my amazon order came in early.’ It’s this minded which will help to build gratitude in the present.

It is often said that gratitude is linked with abundance. The more grateful you are in the moment, the higher your vibration. And whatever you focus on becomes a reality. The effect of gratitude can lead you to manifest new things to be even more grateful for. No matter how big or small. Wealth is a mindset not a physicality, since everyone views their wealth and fortune differently.

Meditating on gratitude is incredible positive for a quick boots of good energy. There is a majority of different ways of going through it.

  • As you meditate scan through your body, as though a warm towel is running through. From top to button. After the towel moves passed your forehead think ‘I fill my head with gratitude, since it serves me very day and I’m supporting it’. Fill in the gap with every body part as the towel exposes each one.

  • Meditated on love. As you sit in meditation, go through a checklist of people who care and love you. This one will just fill your heart, and gets you a little bit emotional so leave tissues.

  • Use mantras such a ‘I am forever grateful for the air I breath, which gives me the life that fills my lungs’. ‘The older I get, the more the universe gives and the more I give back’. Be intuitive and search or create your own.

The key is to when practicing gratefulness is to treat it like morning coffee. It is grate to try and do it every day and it boosts your energy enough to get through the day, yet don’t become dependent on it since that leads to addiction and unhealthy habits. When practicing grate dude, do it often. Yet those days which are either every tough or days where your already in a good mod it is not necessary. Either work on healing the issue if it is a rough day. Or continue to celebrate and be happy without feeling as though you require gratefulness for a longer. To conclude, practice gratitude often, when something bad has happened and in mediation. Don’t take the universe for granted and allow autopilot mode to cause you to lose touch with your surroundings.
