Manifesting techniques- for your desires and goals.

There is a wide variety of ways which one can attempt to manifest something into their lives which is desired. It all depends on what sort of objective your aiming to reach, the practicality’s of it and wither you have any limiting beliefs preventing you from aiming to that goal. The law of attraction as above so below, if in your head your cresting the ideal life for yourself it will happen in reality. It’s all about the motility you have towards life and what you expect from the world. In today’s clarity blog, I will be listing some personal technique and tips to creating your dreams.

The most effective technique is to visualise how you would feel when you have already achieved your desire. For instance, visuals your self-walking through your dream house, what it will look, smell, feel like. What sounds do you hear, how does the flour your walking on feel? Or the sofa? This technique I applicable for all manifestations, just picture an ideal scenario. Visualise yourself experiencing the senses and feelings you have when you have what you want. A s though you are presently experiencing it. This an effective technique, since you’re not considering how far away or vague your goal is, by pretending and feeling as though your dream is true your bridging that gap between reality and fantasy. The universe will respond to how your energy shifts when visualising your dream, and align you towards it by matching your vibration with opportunity’s which will cause it to happen.
Enough technique is to eliminating limiting beliefs through resisting phrases or mantras which will cause you feel able to move towards your goal. For instance, a student currently experiencing exams reciting ‘I remain focused under pressure, and strong under stress’. To help you to change your perspective when practically trying to achieve a long term dream. By spending a short period of time, either just after brushing your teeth or in meditation to focus on a mantra. Improves your vibration, helping you to endure hardships before you archive your long time gaol.

By using images, pictures or props to remind you of your goal daily will remind you of your long time goal. For instance, by just hanging a picture of a shiny new computer near your bathroom mirror, and taking time to notice and focus on it. Your building a recognition with that desire, it feels as though you already have it in some way. As it reminds you of your objective or goal.
Try to create that goal into reality, don’t rely on law of attraction alone. Actively work and seek for it. Make sacrifices, spend more time and try to create it into reality. Also pay attention to what you say, If you chat all about how stressed you are, your only going to attract more stressful situations.
To conclude, a common quote from Anthony Robbins, whatever you hold in your mind on a consistent basis is whatever exist in your life. When trying to attract something consider that principle. Remember the world is full of opportunity, it’s amazing how whatever you are searching for also finds you in some way or form. By paying attention to what you’re paying attention to at what you’re regularly saying will all effect the sort of life your attracting, positive or negative.
