When we here therapy, the first thing that may spring to mind is sitting in a dull room, with some professional looking adult asking intrusive questions about your thoughts. But that’s only one form of

therapy out there. It is a lot more of a broader, and has all sorts of different spectrums that don’t involve chatting through emotions. Therapy is an incredible personal thing, by definition is treatment intended to relieve or heal a disorder, and everyone suffers from different disorders or personal issues. The old saying ‘One size doesn’t apply to all’, is what we need to consider when it comes to healing and effectively dealing with emotion. I n todays clarity blog we will be going through the spectrum of healing.
The beacrystalclear favoured method as explained in ‘Inner Child Work (healing unresolved trauma) ‘of inner child work is incredible diverse way of healing an unresolved personal issue and was invented originally by top psychiatrist and is used in a range of different emotions and disorders. Yet there are offer techniques, such as going through your difficult or anxious emotions as they appear by sinking deeper into the feeling and resolving it. Asking, what caused you to feel this way, what does it all mean. There are multiple different techniques and methods in order to deal with that surge of emotion. Another important thing is to simple be present with some difficult emotion, and then when your heads far clearer write up how you felt.
In order to get into a calm state and to zone out from daily stresses and thoughts. Much like meditating a good form of therapy is just to be silent and focused on a task that’s effortless to you. For example, for some people sitting still and mediating works. On the other hand, excursive and simple running and jumping or getting involved in sports works. I have also heard that simply doodling or colouring in stuff helps since you focusing on the details more than your own thoughts. While yoga or tie chi which is basically mooing your body in a controlled movement. Depending on what sort of person you are.

Writing, chatting or acting out thoughts work. If you the sort of person that suffers with over thinking or working out who you are as an individual. Or just anyone. I recommend journaling your thoughts and feelings. This works to those around us that overthink, since by writing down those thoughts you’re putting them to use. Writing them out, and your able to observe and understand your thought processes. By doing this you are dissociating from more distressing thoughts, it can be left aside and closed and you feel more understanding and In Tune with yourself. It’s great. Yet alternatively recording your voice, allowing the free flow of thought works. Also Dog Therapy and spending time around animals that are silent and don’t judge you can be very helpful, since it allows someone who feels as though they are a burden to offers when talking about their lives it works.
To conclude, therapy is a broad subject. And thee many ways of keeping yourself mentally in shape and resolve trauma. By doing regular habits that either allow you to express your thoughts and equally doing habits that prevent you from thinking too much on the small stuff. By reducing this it can make you feel less stressed, it becomes easier to deal with things and your more mentally balanced.
