The phrase commonly heard by people wanting to further develop themselves commonly hear ‘You’ve changed’. This phrase is incredible annoying, even when offers are complimenting you a little bit, but the majority of times this phrase has been said it’s negatively. They comment on how great you were in the past. And want you to go back to old ways. The truth is people throughout their lives are developing and growing especially during transitional periods where a person’s environment is changing. They say when a changing environment is taking place your brain is far more active and that’s ok. We all change, so to comment on some else’s change is incredible hypocritical. In today’s clarity blog we will be discussing how change is a natural thing and should never be criticised.

Not everyone likes change, since for some rigid minded people change is difficult to adapt to. When someone close to you is changing old ways, it’s important to be open to that change. Support them and encourage it, and those that don’t will no longer be around to appreciate it. Life changes such as a changed attitude towards life, a change is personal values and work or School related change are important facets to life.

While the best way to encourage change around you or adapt to changes within. Is to consider it as a new start, put aside the past. View it as something that has lead you towards who you are now. If that means changing old value, ways of thought or characteristics than that is what it requires. Don’t be worried of people commenting on it, don’t limit yourself. Change happens out of your control in life, and it about how you adapt then how you react. Having a personality that can adapt is vitally important in life, we underestimate its important. Not just to adapt to your changes, but to offers changes and learn to embrace it.

Consider how you have changed in the past, the seemingly obvious changes and the more minute changes are all voluble and worthwhile. Not all changes can be easily recognised, the personality is constantly shifting and adapting over time. We all need to appreciate offers change and your own change. Some people are incredible scared of change because to some people the past was more predictable and comfortable, and the truth is it’s not change your afraid of. It is the destruction of your personal comforts and facing something large in your life without those comforts. And people that embarrass change trust themselves more. So next time you hear ‘you’ve changed’, smile back at them because it means you’re innovating a new path.
