Humanity has been fascinated with dreams for century’s. Dating as far back to the Ancient Egyptians who developed a book interpreting symbols and plots in the dream and interpreting the meanings behind them. And in modern times scientist hypotheses theories towards why dreams exist. And they are incredible fascinating. From Sigmund Freud discussing how our dreams reveal our true mental state and insecurities, since certain people, animals, objects and symbols all have a curtain personal meaning to them; for example, seeing a wolf in your dream may be associated with comfort since growing up you had a teddy wolf and whatever happens to that wolf in your dream may symbolise how your comforts are being violated in your waking life. Enough theory being used that dreams and nightmares are all mental rehearsals, for example dreaming of being chased by zombies, in your waking world us could be chased by some threat and dreams are a rehearsal trading your brain what to do in that situation. But all theories discuss how dreams benefit our lives. In this clarity blog, I will be giving my personal option towards the hidden meaning behind dreams, theorising why do we dream.

There are multiple states of consciousness, in our soul there are multiple different layers of consciousness. From the first layer the etheric body, to ketheric (spiritual) body the seventh. These layers of consciousness are a lot like different layers of earth leading to the magma core, each layer has different elements, textures and purposes leading towards the surface.

The layer where when we sleep is the most dominant is that astral layer the 4th existing one. That layer of consciousness has been linked with phenomena such as lucid dreaming and astral projection. Since that layer a bridge between your identity in this life and the other dimensions and reality’s possible out there. The astral layer is the consciousness you exist in when asleep, and allows you to access offer realms. The vibration you are at when you sleep. Were you mind is, the thoughts you have and whether you’re in a positively focus space or negative space all effects what you manifest in the dream state. In the higher dimensions, your thoughts manifest instantly. Also the subconscious mend, the area of your mind you’re not aware of has the ability in those outer realms to manifest what it pleases in your dreams. This leads to the sequence of events experienced.

The symbols which appear in your dreams are all subconscious or conscious manifestations of thought and emotions experienced in your reality. Those manifestations which appear can as something as obscure as some cattle, or a colour which appears often. These symbols all have a meaning, such as that cattle. Could symbolise something ‘heating’ up in your life, which could metaphor for more passion existing. Or alternatively it could symbolise something turning on in your life. For those of you incredible analytical thinkers enjoy this decoding process. Anything of significance can be analyse, which links back to Sigmund Freud’s theory. And those random characters you talk to, who don’t even exist in your waking life all reflect aspects of yourself. They are manifestations of perspective of the self in dreams confronting themselves to you.

To conclude, dreams are fascinating parts of our current reality, they have multiple theory. Don’t take my explanation, do your ow research to unlock the mysteries of sleep.
