Dealing with Uncertainty

The vast majority of times in life, we have a level of certainty, things we can bet and guarantee will happen. For example, you’ll wake up at 7 every morning, the match will be on telly or the fact will receive 3 square meals. We kind of expect them, but in this universe nothing is fully certain or written in stone. We make judgements on our future based on our past, yesterday and the day before that I had this teacher/prophesier taught me so I’ll expect that for tomorrow. That’s how our conscious brain predicts our near futures. This Clarity blog, explores those long term uncertainties’ we face and how we become more aware of our present influence.

In the New Age community, we understand how multiple dimensions exist on one plane. In the higher dimensions the 4th dimension and linear time doesn’t exist. Past, Future and present are all taking place at the same time/place, but there are multiple alternates or versions of the past, future and present of one singular person or place. Think of it like the everything and anything which could ever happen is presently taking place…. Now that’s some complex stuff. Yet the present self, you, are influencing the future with the thoughts and actions we are making. Every thought effects what manifests in your life, and every subconscious thought as well, the most powerful tool which influences the future is emotion. Our mood plays a great role. Uncertainty as an emotion and thought is a negative one, since we as human beings not comfortable with it.
When we begin to feel uncertain, our brain does not know how to deal with it. We automatically begin to assume negative thing will happen. But not in the dramatic since, we don’t predict ourselves on the streets, those of us who feel the most uncertain have an idea or an expectation of the future yet we are not willing to admit it to ourselves. We begin to feel inferior and unable to reach our idea and expectations. Because we cannot see it in our present or pass, this is especially true for distant dreams, we cannot see it in our past so we can’t conceptualise or compare it to anything, so how do we know the idea will be in our future. For example, starting a family, we have an idea but no past experience to fully compare to. We only have an idea, so were uncertain it will ever happen. Yet there is power in this knowledge, it means uncertainty is not an inferior or confusing place to be in. In fact, uncertainty reminds us nothing is set in stone so any outcome is possible and whatever thoughts we have are achievable.
When faced with uncertainty consider present strides we are making which will have influence on the future we manifest. Choices we make, hobby’s we take on. Consider what we can do in the present to influence the future. For example, a wanting to write a book, that person is currently reading a few books in the present to inspire their book, they can begin writing a plot or playing with themes, characters and story-lines before writing. Creating basic long term goals. Emotionally that’s our way of reassuring ourselves of a result, long term. Common sense stuff.
The general purpose is to say uncertainty is not something to be look down upon, because in fact our futures are already playing out. And a multiple array of possibilities is taking place. We predict our futures from our past, and our ideas on our inspirations. When those things don’t add up, we feel uncertain, with no idea what to expect. But by being aware of how our brains function, we can learn tomorrows not set in stone and uncertainty is our minds way of reminding ourselves of the carving tools we have in front of us.
