Integrating higher consciousness

Currently, many of us o the spiritual path is trying to find the balance between Ego and Oneness, developing ways to help offers around us, yet still take care of ourselves alongside developing ways to create a more fulfilling life. What works the best in pour modern and caustic work is developing an equilibrium between both poplars, allowing us to both hold a personal identity and care, alongside giving to offer and becoming more open and loving. In all honesty, I’m not there at all yet I’m developing it.

My personal favourite spiritual teacher Teal Swan discusses how to get into his more transitioned and enlightened space, we need to begin integrating our shadow sides. Starting to do shadow work, inner child work and learning how to be 100% present with our emotions. In the spiritual committee we BS ourselves on how we must always remain positive and loving. We do it so often that it makes people who have difficulty being that positive to feel even more emotionally worse. This causes a facade to form, were we all pretend to be positive and enlightened when we really are not.

In order to integrate all sides of ourselves we need to work on our emotions in order to become ourselves. Begin to help others out and share positive energy, but allow ourselves to go into yourself ad spend time doing things which make us feel cared for. In that space we are able to be our most happy. Life happens, stuff happens but developing those skills will make the falls easier.

It’s the hole Japanese’s yin and yang idea, by facing both sides you find completeness. In your own ego there is a level of oneness that exists. Yet in oneness Ego exist as well. We need to bear that in mind, considering how even in the Darkness you can still find light. And in the light there’s Darkness. A great example is how within Harry potter how Voldemort re presence badness and evil and Harry friendship and courage. In Harry darkness exist and in Voldemort light. Its all about recognising those aspects within us.
