The biggest factor to not experiencing life as a whole is auto brain, where your consciousness is simple drifting through the motions, daily chores and travelling along life. We all experience it, whether it is your morning routine of waking up, getting prepared, eating and travelling towards were you need to be every morning with no regulation. At the end of the day you may here “how was your day” and your brain goes completely blank. Much like a plane in cruse mode, you may feel that sometimes in life we become very comfortable and used to a situation, that it is not even worth paying much attention. Yet consider how many sights and fascinating things that we may be missing out on, or ignoring entirely. This clarity blog will surely bring a fresh perspective.

Regardless of whether we are sailing plane or going through terminal areas in life, we all go into an autopilot mode at some point. It is important to switch it up every now and again, wear different cloths or add new flavours to your meal, possible lessen to an audio-book while travelling No matter what it is, don’t merely add it to your daily routine, switch it up entirely ever couple of days or weeks. This technique is for those trying to truly maximise their day and potential. You are still allowing yourself to flow through your day, but use variety to your advantage.

Second to that, simple mindfulness (I have done a clarity blog on this) through mediation, taking 10 second breaths can slow the motions down. The minute you begin to do this, you may be aware of areas in your body where you carry stress and begin to be more conscious in you steps and actions. The feel of the air around you. Not many people centre through meditation alone, yet still incorporate it, often mindfulness drawing, excursive or humming to your self can add more awareness. In all honesty, it may not enlighten you are make you feel any different, yet only become aware of certain things that your mind usually bypasses.

Additionally, allowing your intuition to send inspiration, or your guides/higher self around you for daily messages. You may become more aware of the small things, either seeing signs around you. Such as finding someone reading a book you need in your life. Or the symbolism of seeing a curtain colour like teal around you. It is suppressing what happens when you open yourself for advice from above even If you do not consider yourself psychic. Information which can revolutions your life can easily be given. As you auto pilot yourself through your day, letting a few random clouds of wisdom pass through is going to cause you to be conscious of your environment.

Autopilot mode in general is a symptom of not being mindful and allowing new stimulus in life. We may never remember every detail of our day, but remaining in tune and conscious will prevent life from flying over your head.
