Now, positivity may be the most blogged about topic recently, and that’s because the world needs it the most. I have to admit, there are times when life decides to knock you over with a club and in those situations there is literally no point of being positive. It is good to dwell in sadness and pain because often they are the only moments that it is acceptable to be vulnerable. Once you speak and allow yourself to deal with your emotions, you are given to choices to let it scar you or to gain a positive perspective. The choice to strengthen yourself and to be more optimistic, happy and childlike can be a great choice to make. It so important. So that is when you make the positivity pledge to yourself that there are opportunities and a future ahead of you, that you can overcome this. These are the thoughts you should be giving yourself, what you need to grow and to blossom. No matter how long the process is, or how heart you are, whether it’s a mental health issue to be overcome, bullying, loneliness it works.

Write a letter to yourself, make it a special letter, which only you read that will help you to keep the pledge.

Promise to yourself that it is not wrong to have weak days, that you don’t have to carry your burdens and be expected to not break done.

Promise that no matter what you are not going to allow yourself to go back into an abusive situation, you can survive and thrive without that person.

Promise yourself that life is full of opportunity’s, new ones will come. Promise yourself that you surround yourself in people that value you and care for others.

Promise yourself to take lie easy once in a while watch a funny movie, treat yourself.

Promise yourself that those bad thoughts in your head are only passing clouds, you’re the sky something far greater.

Similarly, technique is to say something positive to yourself in the mirror when you brush your teeth or after getting ready. Just one good thing, anything. So long as it makes you smile. And if you are in a position where you not comfortable in work, or school, pay attention to one thing in the present and around you that you like, whether it’s the smell of your perfume or the light in the room anything. These small things make a great difference.
